Hakkaisan Afternoon Tea

Special Offer

Brewing Tokyo

In celebration of autumn and to toast World Sake Day on October 1, we are excited to debut an exclusive collaboration with Hakkaisan, one of Japan’s most renowned sake brands.

Especially well-suited for those with an appreciation for Japan’s national beverage, our Brewing Tokyo stay experience includes original sake-inspired cocktails, a Hakkaisan-inspired afternoon tea and a bottle of Palace Hotel Tokyo’s signature 1-1-1 junmai ginjo sake as well as our sake-infused cake to take home.

In addition, those keen to see how the sake is made can add on a privately guided daytrip to Hakkaisan’s brewery with a sake aficionado. Read on for more details…
