This year, Palace Hotel Tokyo’s limited-edition lineup will feature a total of 9 varieties of Christmas cakes and 7 types of bread, all worthy of gracing the most festive of gatherings. The Christmas cakes can be bought from December 21 (Wed.) to 25 (Sun.), while the bread is available from December 1 (Thu.) to 25 (Sun.).

At over 57cms high, this towering Christmas cake features the premium strawberry shortcake Supérieur and snowy white chocolate to make it the perfect centerpiece for any Christmas gathering.
Hidden in a box of raspberry chocolate are layers of strawberry gelée and cream, mascarpone mousse and almond sponge cake with a raspberry glaze.
