On July 3 (Thu.), two world champion bartenders come together for a dream performance at Lounge Bar Privé.

David Ríos, a consultant who leverages his experience and knowledge as a bartender, and Chief Bartender Manabu Ohtake from Palace Hotel Tokyo’s Main Bar Royal Bar have both been recognized as Bartender of the Year at the Diageo World Class global competition.

For this one-night-only premium event, each bartender will be creating original cocktails for guests to enjoy. Join us in this extraordinary opportunity to indulge in the art of cocktail making with the world-class flavors of skilled bartenders.

David Ríos

Born in Spain, renowned bartender David Ríos, Diageo World Class 2013 winner, currently dedicates his time to sharing his knowledge and expertise as a consultant, advisor, and teacher. With a background in fine dining, he specializes in tequila and mezcal, and leads cocktail master classes and seminars around the world.

Manabu Ohtake

Manabu Ohtake started his career as a bartender in 1994. He participated in the Diageo World Class Japan finals from 2009 and claimed the title in 2011, moving on to winning the global competition. He is currently the 7th Chief Bartender of Main Bar Royal Bar at Palace Hotel Tokyo.
