For those who enjoy pairing stretching & relaxation exercises with soothing massages, we’re delighted to present our Aqua Relaxation Experience – a combination of water therapy and your choice of body treatments.

Your 60-minute Aqua Relaxation therapy begins with a 10-minute slow-stretching session pool-side before entering the swimming pool.

With water acting as an effective source of resistance, 30 minutes of trainer-assisted gentle stretching is preceded by very moderate aqua ‘jogging’ and followed by instruction on relaxation techniques – an experience intended to help improve flexibility while also achieving deep relaxation.

The therapy concludes with a 5-minute aqua walk cool-down and time to relax in the Jacuzzi before your body treatment at evian SPA TOKYO begins…

Our Aqua Relaxation Experience comes paired with your choice of:

• Celestial Body, a relaxing body treatment soothes body and mind in a soft rhythm, or
• Vitalizing Body, stretching and dry treatment restore physical balance while oil treatment makes you energized and revitalized.
