• Parental consent is required for participants under the age of 18.
• Number of entries per person is limited to one per post.
• Entries from the staff of Palace Hotel Co., Ltd. (“Sponsor”) and/or partnership companies will not be eligible.
• Any participant deemed by the Sponsor to be in violation of the campaign rules or the guidelines set by Instagram for any reason is subject to disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor at any time.
• Obscene, provocative, violent, and/or otherwise objectionable content, inaccurate, misrepresented or false content, content that infringes upon the copyrights, rights of privacy, publicity of other intellectual properties and/or persons will be subject to disqualification even after the notification of the winner.
• The Sponsor will not be held responsible for any case of infringement of any right of any person and/or object in the submitted comment. The participant shall be held fully responsible for any disputes with a third-party.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to partially or entirely modify or terminate the campaign at any time at its sole discretion, and will not be held responsible for any loss and/or damage caused by these actions.

Winner Notification:

• At the conclusion of the entry period, the Sponsor will select winners for each prize in a random drawing.
• The winners will receive an Instagram direct message from Palace Hotel Tokyo’s official account in mid-January notifying of the prize, as well as instructions on how to submit their personal information required.
• After being contacted by the Sponsor, the winner is requested to submit the required details before the deadline stated in the direct message. Failure in doing so may result in forfeiture of the prize where an alternative winner may be selected.
• Incompletion, error, and/or fraud in the submitted personal information may result in disqualification.
• Accounts and comments that have been deleted or set to private mode will be disqualified.
• Please keep following each account after the campaign period for smooth communication using direct message.
• The winner may not substitute, exchange or transfer the prize or redeem the prize for cash.

French Restaurant Esterre

Esterre is a fine dining restaurant showcasing contemporary French haute cuisine in partnership with DUCASSE Paris.
A core pillar of the restaurant is local sourcing. In line with Ducasse’s philosophy of uncovering what high-quality ingredients can be found in a given destination and then applying French culinary techniques to their preparation, Esterre serves up the best produce from Japan.

The first of a new hotel brand by Palace Hotel with designs on raising the bar on select-service hospitality, opened in July 2020 in the bustling port city of Osaka.
