For spa appointment inquiries, please contact us between the hours of 10:00 am – 10:00 pm. We recommend spa appointments be booked in advance.

Last appointment time: 8:30 pm

Guests must be 16 years or older to use the spa facilities, and 18 years or older to have spa treatments.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation must be received by 3:00 pm (local time) one day prior to appointment. No-shows and cancellations received after this time will be charged the full treatment fee.

We recommend you to arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled appointment to allow registration and time to enjoy our facilities prior to your treatment.

Your treatment may not be extended in case of late arrivals out of courtesy to the next guest.

Please refrain from using mobile phones, tablets, cameras, video cameras or other recording devices while at the spa.

Please refrain from having alcohol before and after your treatment.

Guests who are pregnant, have had surgery recently, or have any other medical concerns are advised to consult their physician before booking spa services.
