At Palace Hotel Tokyo, the safety and well-being of our guests and employees are always of utmost importance.

As such, we have implemented stringent precautionary hygiene measures, including:

・Enhanced cleaning and sanitization processes
・Placement of hand sanitizers throughout all public spaces
・Temperature checks as well as completion of health check-forms upon arrival for all staying guests
・Wearing of masks by staff
・Temporary suspension of buffet food presentations at Grand Kitchen and Club Lounge

We respectfully ask for the kind cooperation of everyone visiting with us to ensure that you, too, take every measure possible to protect your well-being and that of others around you.

Guests staying with us can expect to receive a health-check form for their completion upon check-in.

In addition, operating hours of our facilities and outlets have been temporarily adjusted, in support of the government of Tokyo’s recommendations to limit gatherings:

Esterre | Lunch 11:30 am – 2:00 pm, Dinner 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Wadakura, Tatsumi, GO | Lunch 11:30 am – 2:30 pm, Dinner 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm
Amber Palace | 11:30 am – 2:30 pm, Dinner 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm * until April 6 (Mon.)
Grand Kitchen | 7:00 am – 10:30 pm
The Palace Lounge | 10:30 am – 11:00 pm
Lounge Bar Privé | 11:30 am – 5:00 pm
Sweets & Deli | 11:00 am – 7:00 pm
– Sauna and heated bath facilities | closed until further notice
– Fitness Center | 6:30 am – 10:00 pm
– Swimming pool | 7:30 am – 7:00 pm
