How to enter:
1. Follow our two official accounts (@PalaceHotelTokyo / @PalaceHotelTokyoOnlineShop)
2. Share photos and/or videos on your Instagram account of your idea of the holiday season at Palace Hotel Tokyo, anything from cocktails to dinners to floral decorations, with the following hashtags included in the caption: #palacehoteltokyo / #palacetokyoholiday2019

Please kindly be advised that prizes will only be sent to addresses within Japan.

Rules & Regulations:

• Following both accounts as well as including both hashtags in the caption are required for entry.
• Please be considerate of other guests when you take photos and/or videos at the hotel.
• By entering the contest, participants will be considered to have accepted and agreed to the following Rules & Regulations of this contest and Palace Hotel Group’s Privacy Policy.
• An Instagram account with public profile settings which may be obtained for free at www.Instagram.com is required for entry.
• Parental consent is required for participants under the age of 18.
• Participants residing outside of Japan are eligible to enter; however, prizes will only be sent to addresses within Japan.
• Only one prize will be sent per address.
• Number of entries per person is not limited; however, one person will not be able to win more than one prize.
• Entries from the staff of Palace Hotel Co., Ltd. (“Sponsor”) and/or partnership companies will not be eligible.
• Any participant deemed by the Sponsor to be in violation of the contest rules or the guidelines set by Instagram for any reason is subject to disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor at any time.
• Photos and/or videos that have been reposted or copied from other accounts will be excluded from the contest.
• Posts on Instagram Stories will not be applicable entries for the contest.
• Obscene, provocative, violent, and/or otherwise objectionable content, inaccurate, misrepresented or false content, content that infringes upon the copyrights, rights of privacy, publicity of other intellectual properties and/or persons will be subject to disqualification even after the notification of winners.
• By submitting photos and/or videos with the designated hashtags, participants acknowledge that they have obtained the consent of all identifiable people who appear in the photo and/or video.
• The Sponsor will not be held responsible for any case of infringement of any right of any person and/or object in the submitted photo and/or video. The participant shall be held fully responsible for any disputes with a third-party.
• By submitting their photos and/or videos, participants grant the Sponsor the right to share their content on the official website and/or social media of Palace Hotel Tokyo.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to partially or entirely modify or terminate the contest at any time at its sole discretion, and will not be held responsible for any loss and/or damage caused by these actions.
• Participation in the contest is free of charge. If you choose to access Instagram using your mobile device, data rates may apply.
• This contest is in no way sponsored, approved, administered by or associated with Instagram.

• One three-pack curry set (beef, chicken & pork) from Sweets & Deli

Winner Notification:

• At the conclusion of the entry period, the Sponsor will select one winner for each prize in a random drawing.
• Winners will receive an Instagram direct message from Palace Hotel Tokyo’s official account in early February notifying of the prize content, as well as instructions on how to submit their personal information required for delivery of prizes.
• After being contacted by the Sponsor, winners are requested to submit the required details before the deadline stated in the direct message. Failure in doing so may result in forfeiture of the prize where an alternative winner may be selected.
• Incompletion, error, and/or fraud in the submitted personal information may result in disqualification.
• Accounts that have been deleted or set to private profiles before delivery of the prizes will be disqualified.
• Winners may not substitute, exchange or transfer prizes or redeem prizes for cash.
• Only winners will be contacted. The Sponsor will not be obliged to announce the drawing details nor the list of winners.
• The personal information of the winner must be provided by the winner him/herself.

Delivery of Prizes:

• The delivery of prizes is scheduled for after mid-February 2020. Delivery schedules are subject to change due to the circumstances of the Sponsor.
• Dates, methods and/or companies of delivery, expiration dates of prizes may not be specified by the winner.
• Prizes will only be sent to addresses within Japan.
